Every time I close and open Youwave the date and time will set to Greenwich time (GMT +0). I need to set every time I shutdown the program. please advice.

Try ClockSync, I had a similiar problem.
You reported it wasn't compatible on another thread, but try the same version as I did version 1.2.0
Remember it's important:
- Sync On Boot is enabled (I forgot to mention that previously)
- to set the timezone
- and wait for it to sync or sync manually
*DST = Daylight Saving Time / Summer Time
=====================================
For countries with NO DST
=====================================
- Install ClockSync
- Go to Menu > Settings within ClockSync
- Automatic Synchronization (Enable it)
- set "Interval" to 15 mins
- Override system settings (Enable it)
- set "UTC offset" to your timezone
- Sync On Boot (Enable It)
=====================================
For countries with DST (Needs 2 apps)
=====================================
- Install "TimeZoneDB for ClockSync" (Only works with ClockSync 1.1.6 or later)
- Install "ClockSync"
- Go to Menu > Settings within ClockSync
- Automatic Synchronization (Enable it)
- set "Interval" to 15 mins
- Use Offline Database
- Select your time zone
- Sync On Boot (Enable It)
Timezones are displayed like this: Continent/City.
For example: Europe/Amsterdam

Thanks reconx86
Time always not sync after upgrade to 2.2.1.
It causes trouble while using Whatsapp.
ClockSync really works to solve this problem.
Just a thought ...
YouWave rides on ClockSync or
ClockSync rides on YouWave ...
-
I am not sure but you should select auto update time option then it may be possible your problem will solve.
-
The native auto sync doesn't work... its a bug
-

-
Did you install ClockSync a 3rd party app, which can be downloaded thru the Market app or 1Mobile.
Please download and follow the instructions of this post
-
i live in india what to do time to auto sync for my county standard time
As I said in the previous post:
Timezones are displayed like this: Continent/City.
For example: Europe/Amsterdam
India is part of continent Asia
Depending if your country has summertime or not, you should install 1 or 2 apps.
Please read the post, thank you

Okay but can you please tel, if one of the 2 displayed times is correct?
I assume the notification bar & whatsapp time should be correct?
If not:
What time shows in your whatsapp messages?
What time shows in your notification bar?
What time shows on your anologue clock?
Also state which of these times is correct...
PS:
For accesing hard-drive: you have to go in the Gallery app
the gallary app acceses the C:\Users\Public directrory
-
For the time and time zone issue, please go to Settings->Date&Time->Uncheck Automatic Date&Time and Automatic timezone. Then set the date&time timezone manually.
For data sharing,
C:\users\public is /sdcard/c in YouWave's Android
In your Gallery, you will see pictures in your C:\users\public directory. You can copy your pictures to that directory and send them out through WhatsApp.
For example, to copy out the pictures and videos that other people sent to you through WhatsApp, use "Open Manager" app, explore to /sdcard/whatsapps and your files are in one of the sub-directories. Copy a file and paste it in /sdcard/c directory. The file will be actually copied to your C:\users\public in your hard drive.
To copy a file in "Open Manager", long click the file, then click "copy" at the top. To paste a file into /sdcard/c, go to /sdcard/ then long click "c" directory, then click the "..." at the upper right corner, choose "paste". Now you have copied the file to your C:\users\public directory.

As you can see the time of android in the pic is 5:56 am and the last two messages posted "hi & how are you" are posted at the system time 5:56 am and the time for mesages posted is 12:26 am PFA for the above details
http://i49.tinypic.com/2mebzx0.jpg
and for analog clock issue, the sysytm time you can see in the image posted is 5:57 am and analog clock time is around 12:27 am
PFA for above details
http://i49.tinypic.com/34fi1xe.jpg
BOTH THE IMAGES ARE TAKEN BACK TO BACK IN INTERVAL OF FEW SECONDS
AND for file sharing in youwave from hard drive problem
If my username is Singhal in my user account of Pc then i have to make C:\Documents and Settings\SINGHAL\Public\Pictures or just C:\Users\Public\Pictures
-
C:\Users\Public\Pictures
okay so I understand the incoming messages are time stamped incorrectly and are based on the analogue clock, while outgoing messages are sent with the correct time stamp, based on the digital clock
WORKAROUND: Users please follow FAQ 2 section A and B
-
So you have a Windows XP, right?
For XP, if you create a directory C:\Users\Public, then start YouWave, YouWave should use that directory.
This directory is commonly available for other systems, like Win 7.
-
Ya i am using windows xp only, and C:\Users\Public worked for images
will it to do for video and audio files too? how they can be accesed??
and for time issue is that whats app problem or youwave's problem bcoz the time shown in windows phone is correct as for sending and recieving messages?
and plz help me for analog clock tooo
THANKS :)
