Activation Key

Hi all!

I really liked YouWave software, and all your great work, but I was wondering that,
if I buy the full version of it, will I be able to use it on future releases? Or do I have
to buy it again? Another thing is, can I use it on more than one pc?

    There will be three types of upgrades - major, minor and bug fixing represented by the three digits in our release number. For example, 2.1.0 will be a minor upgrade over 2.0.0; while 3.0.0 will be a major upgrade.  Some future features such as full screen support will be treated as minor upgrade.

   Our plan is to offer our existing customers free for minor and bug fixing upgrades. Major upgrade will be sold separately. For example, an Android Ice Cream Sandwich release will be a major upgrade.

    Our policy is one Activation Key per PC. And when our customers need to reinstall the product, we support them by issuing new keys because of expiration of old keys.

Where do I get a new activation key if I re-installed my PC?

Another problem is that the email I used to buy the activation-key with is blocked by hotmail

Email us your purchase receipt and we will send you a new key to the email address that was in Paypal or Google checkout account.

If your email address which was used for the purchase is now unavailable, send us one email and let us know the details, we will work with you on that issue.

okay, but I also got a sugestion... at least put the directions on the "store page", I was almost about to buy a new one, because of the lack of directions....

And it would be better if there was some kind of form that can automaticly check if I'm the legitimate user... for example by telephone number and/or email verification...

because I regularly re-install my PC due to hardware upgrades... Thank You in advance

    At this moment, issuing new keys to existing customers is a manual process. We definitely will implement an automatic method.

If I would buy multiple licenses with the same paypal account, would that be a problem if I need to request the keys?

That would not be a problem. However, we request the reason for requesting the keys once we have verified the original purchase.
