Can't get on World War on YouWave

Have been using Youwave for about 3 weeks to play Storm8 World War...Yesterday WW would not load and would show the message:

"Sorry.   The Application World War (process com.storm8.worldwar) has stopped unexpectedly.  Please try again."

I have tried rebooting, etc to no avail.   Help !!

We have just tested this app and it is working fine. There are a few possible causes of your issue:

1. The installed client app is somehow messed up.
Solution: uninstall the app (only the apk file, not he whole YouWave software) and reinstall the apk file. Storm8 games use online database indexed by Android_ID to store your game progress so reinstalling the apk will not affect your game state. Go to Settings->Manage applications to uninstall an app.
Note: if you reinstall the whole YouWave software without preserving Android_ID (http://www.youwave.com/android_id.html), you will lose your current game state.

2. Your ID is blocked by the game provider's server for some reason. This is usually an action taken by a game vendor to disable an account. We cannot help if that is the case. Of course, if that is the case, you can always reinstall YouWave and then you will automatically have a new account. You will lose all your YouWave data including your old game state.

By the way, if you need to reinstall YouWave and you are a paid customer, we support you by issuing you new Activation Key for enabling the full version software.
