I Can't run Youwave

Hello,

I've been using Youwave for a while, but I've been experimenting some problems with it recently.

I receive this ERROR message When I try to execute Youwave and It doesn't open:


ERROR: YouWave failed to read C:\Documents and Settings\Manuel\youwave\android apps\apps.xml


I've been reading some information in this forum but I couldn't sort out the problem, so I Hope you could help me. I think maybe it could be something related with the path routes of my personal folders or something, I've no idea.




The information about the machine on wich I'm triying to solve this is:

Youwave 2.1.2

System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional
            Service Pack 3

           Generic Laptop:
           Intel Pentium M processor 1.73GHz 795 MHz, 1,00 GB RAM    memory

Do you mind emailing us he apps.xml file?

In 99% chance, this is caused by a corrupted apps.xml file. We have seen it happened before but did not know how it started. Emailing us the file will help us find the root cause.

The workaround:  Delete this file and restart YouWave and you should be all set.

I have the same problem with running it. The message, ERROR: YouWave failed to read C:\Users\AndrX\youwave\android apps\apps.xml
Deleting this file doesn"t solve the problem.
I'm using w7 home premium - 64 bits - intel i7

Do you mind if we provide you a patch and you test it patch to see if it solves your problem?

Please Youwave admin help me
When I downloaded Youwave I checked if I had Virtual box installed and it wasn't.
My computer specs are good.
But whenever I try to enter an application or a game, youwave freezes(not responding) then it gives me this message:
"Android OS not ready. Please wait a few seconds before retrying."
I don't have the activation key nor am I using a cracked version, I am using the trial version of it.
Also the right pane is blank, I can't access anything.
If I click on home I get blank,Menu==> same result,blank.
Please HELP ME !!!<======

I got the same problem with version 2.2.1 - Android OS not ready
But mine won't even start...

Update (Solved):
I uninstalled youwave, restarted the computer and ran the install as administrator.
Not sure what solved the problem...

Before installing a new version, please make sure that no windows or applications have YouWave files open.
We will a) put more visible alert in the installer; b) improve the installer to detect file conflicts.

Reconx86, good to know that you have later solved the issue.

digifighter94, are you running the latest 2.2.1 version? Can you reinstall the program?  When you reinstall, please make sure none of the existing YouWave files are open.
