"There are no Android phones associated with this account" error at play.google

I want to install Evernote but I get the errormessage "There are no Android phones associated with this account" error at play.google.com.

I googled on the erromessage but none of the solutions they propose work. How can you fix this?

The reason for the error message on play.google.com is because plain YouWave does not have Android market installed. If you get it installed, Google Play will recognize YouWave's android as a device. However, you can directly go to some other sites to download the app. Here is an example: http://www.freewarelovers.com/android/app/evernote

Thank you for the freewarelovers link. That's exactly what I was looking for.

I tried to install google play but the explanations are not very clear with what you need to do step by step.

Still google play is very important to have on youwave as it is the only way for some apps to get them.
