Well my mistake is that when I open the youwave I get that the program does not work here is the picture:

Do you have non-Ascii letters in your user name?

Can you delete the file <user>/youwave/android apps/apps.xml and start youwave?

I have the same problem, deleted the file that you suggested but still did nothing to help at all
