browser and downloading apps work, but app cant connect..

hia,
Im using the trial version because i was recommended to use Youwave to play my game on the pc instead of phone.
and so far its looking nice, but my app cant connect to the game. it gets an error saying i need to check my network settings.
the browser and downloading of apps are working fine so there should be no problem with my connection..
The game im trying to play is Marvel war of heroes.
Its working fine on Bluestacks(hope im allowed to mention that name here) but i really dont like that program. This one doesnt seem to slow my laptop down as much.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix this? i'd like to try it before my trial ends to see if i should buy.

   We tested this app using Home ICS version and we were able to connect. Are you using the Home or the Basic version?

   If you are using ICS version, and you cannot connect in the beginning, please restart the program and you should be able to connect.
