Andriod os not ready and black screen

Hi i have followed the faq steps a,b and c and it still will not work. I have also tried on other os but neither windows 8, xp or 7 works. I have attached both log files below. Ive also disabled both antivirus and firewalls. Any help to get this running would be great thanks.

YouWave should work fine in these Oses. Can you please redownload and install the program? We suspect that it is an installing issue.

Thanks for your reply but ive tried that uninstalling it restarting my pc then downloading it and installing it again but still no luck!

yeah right i have also this problem new release 3.8 doesent work with win 7 ultimate its not running androide OS bt youwave 3.5 work properlly all apps work
please do somthing admin...... :-\  :(

Can you try uninstall the program and then reboot the machine, and then install 3.8?

yes i tried n do exctly what u say first uninstall nd then restart nd then install 3.8 version which i download with ur download center.. plz do somthing sir my friends are waiting...

Could you please check whether you can still install Home 3.5? This will help us to determine whether it is an issue specific for 3.8. Also, please attach the log files for 3.5 as well. Thanks.

When you install 3.8, did you keep the database? Can you try removing the database while installing so that you can have a clean install? The disk file between 3.5 and 3.8 has been changed so that the database is not interchangeable.

no, i'll clear nd uninstall full not keep database not keep any other files related to home 3.5 ver. ill send you logs file pls do some thing sir

There was one major change between 3.5 & 3.8, The hard-disk size was increased to 64GB (This happend in Home 3.7).
Which made it incompatible with previous versions, so when you un-install YouWave you have to be absolultly sure there are no residual files in the following directories:
%USERPROFILE%\.Virtualbox
%USERPROFILE%\youwave
C:\Program Files\YouWave Android

After you made sure the directories are empty, restart your computer before re-installing youwave.

yes i m sure no residual file in any directory and again follow all steps what u say but now the screen is white nothing change doesn't boot android plz something do for me... plz release new version home 3.9 with this bug free... :( :'( :-\
