I started youwave confirmed I have internet access. Connected the PlayStore and download Minecraft PE from there. I had already paid for this so I can download it again free. It appears to install just fine however when i go to start it the entire screen goes black for a sec as if it is going to start and then goes back to the previous screen you were on. Regardless from where I launch it same thing happens.
