recebi minha senha de acesso para ultilizar o youwave porém esta dando incorreta . como faço para obter uma senha nova ?

Acabei de receber uma senha nova de acesso do youwave no meu pc, porém continua dando ACTIVATION KEY INVALID.

when ever we uninstall youwave due to some technicle resons
we have been asked for you want to delet old data

 yes    or  no

but common perception  goes it ask for retain data and we click on yes...and our old data goen deleted

so   change word  delet  or otherwise change

 it to >>>>>  no   or   yes  @ time of uninstalation

I am not able to operate android apps.The following error displays when I click on the apps,"Android OS not ready.  Please wait a few seconds before retrying."
