ISO File
« on: June 23, 2011, 08:32:05 AM »
I found C:\Program Files (x86)\YouWave_Android\youwave_vm01.iso file so I thought that maybe I could burn it and run as Live CD? Is it possible or not?

Android OS is in that file. However, there are many dependencies that the boot sequence needs from runtime environment to make it work. Basically that file alone won't boot.

From android-x86.org, you can download a prebuilt Live CD iso image which once boot, runs as a standalone Android on your PC. But there will be some hacking steps and many limitations. We figure users need a simpler solution. That's one of motivations of YouWave.
YouWave is updated to Android Lollipop. See youwave.com/download

Ok, thanks for information. Well, android-x86.org didn't work for my laptop.
